The artificial knee prosthesis is a bionic product that simulates the anatomical structure of the normal knee joint. It consists of a femoral component, a spacer, a tibial component, and a patellar component, which replace the damaged knee femoral surface, meniscus, tibial plane, and patella, respectively. Its femoral and tibial components are primarily cast from cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy, and the spacer and patella are made of wear-resistant polyethylene. The joint contact surface of the tibial component and spacer is very smooth through a complex process, which can reduce the wear between the interfaces and allow the joint to move freely.
